These conditions outline the rules and regulations for returns/shipping of Ecua-Andino Hats Australia's products.

In general:

We use Australia Post to dispatch all of our products nationally and internationally with Signature on Delivery. As long as the product is in stock on our website, your order will be dispatched to the Australia Post within one business day.

Moreover, duties and import taxes are paid by clients.


We offer:

Standard domestic: 2 to 5 business days.

Express domestic: 1 to 3 business days.

Standard International:10 to 20 business days.

Express International: 2 to 7 business days

Please notice that delivery times will vary depending on lodgement and destination points.



Product exchange*:

Any exchange enquiries need to be done within 10 days of purchase.

Ecua-Andino kindly asks to please do a proper head measurement so you can be happy with the product you bought. Send us an email to and we'll find a way to help you. We can exchange the product for another hat of the same value.

All the costs associated to the exchange of the hats will be the customer's responsibility. In order to change a product, it has to be returned unused, unworn and with original tags. The goods need to be well protected on their way back; in the contrary customers may not qualify for exchange.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the hat.

Free exchanges will only be made within a period of 10 days after the client received the product in the following conditions:

- If the product is different from the one you specified in your online order;

- If the product is of a different size than you specified in your online order.



Refunds will only be valid if the product ordered is out of stock. We do not offer refunds on change of mind or incorrect size when purchasing a sale item.


Events beyond our control

There might be an extended delay in the product delivery for the following cases:

Retention and customs inspection.

The client is not there at the time in which is performed the delivery.

Lack of accurate information or personal data supplied by the customer at the time of purchase.

The shipping company is held responsible for not reaching its official delay. After the products have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit.
